Timetable

All of our timetabled sessions are suitable for any individual – we welcome all ages and ability levels. Our highly qualified coaches will be with you every step of the way and if you are worried about any pre-existing niggles then our onsite physio can give you individual rehabilitation exercises to do alongside the class. We pride ourselves in not only providing world class training but we also believe in creating a motivating, dynamic environment filled with like-minded people who are committed to working hard and achieving lasting fitness results.

CrossFit Session: 1 hour session available for complete beginners. All these sessions are available as £12.50 pay as you go.

Our Saturday stretch session is available to all members and also available as £12.50 pay as you go. It is designed to increase overall flexility, decrease risk of injury and improve overall performance.

Kids: These are group sessions for children aged 4-14 years old. The 10:30am – 11:15am session is for reception to year 5/6 and the 11:15am – 12pm session is for year 5/6 upwards.

Open gym: This is for anyone who wants to do any training in their own time.
